The OIT Systems Support group provides the services that are necessary to support the administrative computing environment needed by the University community. These services include:
- Electronic mail for faculty, administration, and students
- D2L backup administrative support
- Web hosting for faculty, schools, and departments
- Server hosting
- Support for software installation and problem resolution for the Dell servers running Microsoft’s Windows Server operating systems and Sun servers running *nix OS
SLAs for:
- E-mails
- E-Learning
- MEAC support with User Services
- Art Department
- Geo Sciences
