Information Systems
As a member of the Tennessee Board of Regents, ETSU utilizes the Sungard Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for administrative functions. This includes software for student services, financial aid, human resources, financial accounting and alumni services. Information Technology works with the data custodians of these applications to set up user accounts; schedule and apply upgrades; conduct user training; implement new functionality and assist in the creation of reporting needs.
